Becca Beauty Haul

Hey Loves! F & J here!

We got to got to a Becca Beauty event and try out the new and old Becca Beauty products. We felt pampered when the makeup artists used the line to make us go from bare faced to beautiful [not that we aren’t beautiful without makeup 😉 ].

We both started with the First Light Priming Filter primer and though it looks purple it doesn’t have any actual pigment, it did an amazing job smoothing out our skin and gave a nice base to start applying our makeup. J used, and bought, the Under Eye Brightening Corrector. It was amazing under the eyes covering up all signs of tiredness and puffiness. The product worked amazingly well with very little! The Aqua Luminous Perfecting Foundation gave great coverage while being lightweight and felt super hydrating. Then we got to try the Hydra-Mist Set & Refresh Powder. We have no idea what kind of magic they managed to bottle up but it is worth every penny! We both left with some! The powder feels like you are putting water on your face. How? We don’t know. But it does and we would recommend this to anyone and everyone! We cannot wait to use this all summer.

The bronzing palette, blush and highlighter were all very nice quality and though we did not leave with any in our bags we will definitely keep this in mind for when we are out of our current products. Also, their Lush Lip Colour Balm was super hydrating and provided great colors and pigmentation.

We loved all of the Becca Beauty line and are so excited to use them up and go buy some more! Give Becca a try if you haven’t, you won’t be sorry! Let us know what you think in the comments below, we’d love to hear!

Easy Cake Cookies

Hey Loves!

We don’t know about you but sometimes we get the urge to bake some fresh cookies, and don’t have the energy to make something intricate. These cookies are super easy to make and minimize the mess you have to clean up when you are done. Which to us, sounds wonderful!

Our cookie recipe calls for a boxed cake mix, making it beyond easy. And our frosting recipe came from a cupcake decorating book and calls for marshmallow fluff.

For the cookies:

1 Box of Cake Mix

2 Eggs

1/2 cup Vegetable Oil

1-Ball the cookie dough and place on an ungreased sheet

2- Bake at 350 degrees for 4-10 minutes

For the Frosting:

3 Sticks of Butter

16 oz. Marshmallow Fluff

1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract

WARNING! These cookies were absolutely delicious and didn’t last very long! You should definitely give them a try. They’re easy to make, and easy to clean up. If you have any recipes that are easy and yummy let us know, we would love to try them out!

If you tried these cookies let us know what you thought in the comments down below!

Happy Mothers Day!

Hey Loves! F & J here!

We wanted to take a minute to give a shout out to our moms, and our grandmas. And to all the moms out there. Moms are the foundation of everything in our lives and we’ve been blessed with some amazing ones! We are grateful for everything they have done for us and continue to do for us.

We hope you get the chance to spend today with your mothers, give them some extra love and let them know how much you love them.

Happy Mothers Day!
