Easy Caramel Snickerdoodles

Hey Loves! F & J here!

Fall is definitely here  and with the colder weather outside and the rain we are finding ourselves inside more during the day. One of the things we have been doing more of to keep ourselves busy is baking! We found this super simple recipe on Pinterest and decided to give it a try.

All you need is a container of Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, some caramels (we used the Kraft ones that people use for making caramel apples) and some cinnamon and sugar.

We mixed the cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and set it aside for later. Then popped open the crescent rolls and started ripping pieces off to wrap around the caramels. Once we finished rolling the dough into balls, with the caramels in the middle, we rolled them in the cinnamon and sugar mix.

Then all you need to do is bake them at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes! Super easy and super quick!

Personally, they were not our favorite cookies but they were definitely a hit with everybody else! Someone said they were heavenly and they were all eaten! If by chance they manage to last long enough to cool off, just pop them in the microwave for a little to heat them up before eating them!
